How to protect yourself from Skin Cancer
In temperate zone countries such as England, Switzerland, Sweden, Canada…the sun has never been a real threat to your heath, since sunlight here is very mild and moderate. However, in tropical countries, the sun can be very dangerous when you go outside because of the intense heat and the ultraviolet rays causing Skin Cancer and similar conditions.There're simple signs of melanoma is to remember the A-B-C-D-Es of melanoma :
“A” stands for asymmetrical. Does the mole or spot have an irregular shape with two parts that look very different?
“B” stands for border. Is the border irregular or jagged?
“C” is for color. Is the color uneven?
“D” is for diameter. Is the mole or spot larger than the size of a pea?
“E” is for evolving. Has the mole or spot changed during the past few weeks or months?

So How to avoid Skin Cancer?
The best way to avoid Skin Cancer is to stay inside during the days with intense heat. But if the case is you have to go outside, try to cover yourself with clothes or similar materials to prevent the sunlight from getting into direct contact with your skin. On the way, always find your place under the shades to avoid the heat and protect your body. Try washing your face and any part that is exposed outside with cold water before going out, and drink a lot of water too.
