Most of us are too familiar with this common type of food: eggs. Eggs are used everyday in every family’s meal, starting from breakfast to dinner, because of their high nutritions and convenience in cooking. However only by knowing how to eat your eggs will you actually build a healthy diet for you and your family.Normally it is best to eat the whole egg including the egg white, but nowadays scientists are advising us to consume only the egg yolk in order to exploit the nutritious part of the egg, and also for the sake of enhancing our brain’s ability to memorize. A group of scientists from the U.S, U.K and Canada have come to the conclusion that eating egg yolk within a considerable amount will help boost the memory and reduce the possibility of being diagnosed with Alzheimer in the future
Researches have shown that an egg yolk contains lecithin in very rich amount. This chemical element transfers itself into cholin, another element which will later on be transported straight to the brain, being active in the nervous system through the route of blood flow. Cholin plays the main role in enhancing the brian’s activeness and memory.
People who consumed a balanced amount of egg yolk during their youth have better memory compared to people of the same age who ate less egg yolk. Therefore these scientists are recommending that the parents need to supply their children with sufficient egg yolk during their childhood to boost up their memory.
However, it is not good if you consume too many eggs in one week. The maximum number of eggs per week is only 3, unless the absorption of protein inside the body is malfunctioned.
